1. Learn to 'see life in everything and to enjoy' everything: In the grass, in the trees, in the birds, in the animals, in the land, in the sky. Watch them kindly and wholeheartedly, and they will respond. You will not find this knowledge in books.

2. Take some time to stand barefoot on the ground. Give your body to the ground so that it does not invoke itself.

3. Use every opportunity to be near the water. It will free you from tiredness and purify your thoughts.

4. Drink clean water as much as possible, do not wait to get thirsty. Water is the best medicine. Do not drink sweet and mineral water from a bottle. The first will ruin your liver, and the second will clog your blood vessels.

5. You should have vegetables every day at the table. In the first place beets, there is no better food on earth. Then beans, pumpkin, berries, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, spinach, lettuce, apples, grapes, plums.

6.If you like you can eat meat. But rarely.

7. Sausages, fried potatoes, cakes and canned food is bad food. I eat cereals, beans and vegetables. Predators eat meat, but they are lazy, and horses eat cereals and are active all day.

8. To eat less, I drink a lot of water and eat compote, I eat simple food and fresh vegetables. I don't eat anything from Thursday night to Friday night, I just drink water.

9. Fast is the greatest mercy. Nothing strengthens and rejuvenates me as fasting. After every great fast I am a few years younger.

10. The sun rises and sets for you. Work should stop when the sun sets. As you get used to this rhythm, your body and mind will become stronger. The brain will better rest and wake up earlier. This is what monks and soldiers do and therefore have the power to serve.

11. You should sleep for half an hour during the day to refresh the blood in your head. Do not lie down immediately after eating, because then the fat is deposited in the blood vessels.

12. Sit less, but sleep enough.

13. Try to spend more time outdoors. Learn to live in a cold room. It's enough to keep your feet and hands warm but your head cold. The body gets older and collapses from a lot of heat.

14. Strengthen the body with herbs. Mix a handful of herbs and berries and pour boiling water so drink it all day. In winter time you will see all the benefits of this.

15.Don't forget nuts. Nuts look like our brains, they are powerful for the brain.

16. Be kind and considerate with people. You can learn something from each of them, even superficially. Do not make friends or enemies from the people. That way they will never get you into trouble.

17. What you are destined to receive , you will,  you only have to wait patiently. Don't burden your soul with that.

18. Do not believe in prejudice, astrologers and the foretelling of destiny. Keep your heart and body clean.

19. When you feel bad, you have to walk a lot. Through meadows, forests, by the river. Water will take away your sadness. Important to remember: The best remedies for body and soul are: fasting, prayer and physical work.

20. Move more. On a rolling stone no moss grows. Accidents keep us motionless. Don't run away from them and don't let them dominate you. Never be afraid to learn and do something new.
