In case of any disturbing symptoms, seek professional help!

These simple tests will help you better understand your body and not miss the first signs of stagnation in its work.

Stroke and Dementia
Standing, lift one leg by bending it over your knee. Notice how well you manage to maintain that position. If it is more than 20 seconds, there is probably no damage to the small vessels of the large brain. So, stroke and early dementia do not threaten you.

Pull the lower lid and look at the color on the inside. Pale pink or yellowish hue may indicate anemia (the inner lid of a healthy person has a light pink color). If, in addition, you have noticed pallor, fatigue, shortness of breath - you should do an iron blood test.

Climb ten steps at medium tempo, talking on the phone or singing (most importantly don't be silent).

If you run out of breath or inhale, then it suggests that your lungs and heart cannot handle the load. It's time for a test!

Do a test in a quiet room. Close one ear and rub your fingers together. Do you hear sound? Then move your hand about 15 cm from your ear. Do you still hear sound?

If you listen, your hearing is OK. Repeat with the other ear.

The carpal tunnel is located in the wrist, passing through the nerves, and due to excessive computer work may cause a problem (finger swelling, palpitations…).

Fold your hands into your elbows and press them against your chest with your palms towards you. Stretch your fingers against the palm of your hand (curl your palm). Hold on for a minute or two.

If pain or stabbing occurs, it means your tissues are pressed by a nerve medianus, which indicates carpal tunnel syndrome. If left untreated, the pain will worsen and the small motor will worsen.

These are simple home made test's, so it can give a sign only on healthy personas, if you are already suffering from any disease when recommend don't take this simple test for granted!
