Use the Qx2 Bulb if possible as it will put out a mild amount of Ozone from the bulb to prevent cross contamination. Run the Hammer bulb when running the program at night.
We would recommend running Flu and Cold and Preventive.frq to bolster the immune system This program has reports of optimizing the resistance against viral attacks. You can run this once every 4 weeks.
